Who we are
PredixVerse provides project development, documentation and technical mentoring services to students in India. Contact: predixverse@gmail.com.
What you are buying
You are buying a reference implementation delivered together with teaching, or one of the supporting services listed on the site. You are not buying a guarantee of any particular mark, grade or academic outcome, and we do not offer one.
Your rights and obligations around how the delivered work may be used are set out in our academic integrity policy, which forms part of these terms.
Quotations and orders
Raising a request is free and creates no obligation on either side. A quotation states a fixed price, the scope, and what is excluded. Quotations are valid for fourteen days and expire automatically.
Accepting a quotation creates an order. Before work begins you must sign the academic integrity undertaking in your own name.
Payment
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and exclude 18% GST, which is added on the invoice. 50% of the total is payable to begin work; the balance is payable on delivery.
Work does not start until the advance has cleared. Delivered files and materials are released once the balance is settled.
Revisions and scope
Revisions within the scope written into your quotation are included. Anything outside that scope is re-quoted and requires your approval before work continues.
Cancellation and refunds
If we accept an order and then cannot deliver it to the agreed scope, the advance is refunded in full.
If you cancel after work has started, the advance covers work already done and is not refundable.
If an order is terminated because the academic integrity undertaking was given falsely, no refund is due.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive the right to use, modify and submit the delivered work in accordance with the academic integrity policy. We retain the right to reuse generic components, libraries and techniques that are not specific to your project.
We will not resell your specific problem statement or your written report to another student.
Limits
We are not responsible for how an institution assesses your submission, for changes your department makes to its requirements after a quotation is issued, or for deadlines you tell us about after work has started.
Our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you have paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
