Publication fees are not ours to charge.

We write and format the paper. The journal or conference charges you directly, and those fees are nothing to do with us. Rough market rates so you can budget:

We add nothing to any of these. We do not mark them up, collect them, or promise acceptance.

Anyone promising guaranteed publication is either paying a predatory venue or misleading you. We will shortlist real venues and tell you honestly what your work is likely to clear.

Is the starting price the final price?
It is the floor. Your quotation is priced against your actual scope: the domain, how much is already specified, your deadline, and how much documentation your college wants. You see the final number in writing before you pay anything.
Is GST included?
No. Every price on this page excludes 18% GST, which is added on the invoice. Your quotation shows the base amount, the tax and the total separately.
Do you pay my publication fee?
No, and be careful of anyone who says they will. The venue charges the author directly: about ₹1,500 for a recognised local or regional journal, ₹3,000 for UGC-CARE, ₹4,000 to ₹15,000 for an IEEE conference, and far more for Scopus or SCI. We prepare, format and submit the paper. You pay the venue.
What is the cheapest way to get published?
A recognised local or regional journal, which usually charges around ₹1,500. Our Local Journal Publication Support add-on covers the formatting, plagiarism check, shortlist, submission and editor correspondence for ₹1,500, and the journal's own fee is separate and paid by you. It will not be Scopus-indexed, and we will tell you plainly if your department requires that.
When do I pay?
50% when you accept the quotation, which is what starts the work, and the rest once it is delivered and you have reviewed it. We do not ask for the full amount upfront.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Revisions inside the agreed scope are included and cost nothing. Work outside the scope written into your quotation gets re-quoted, and you approve the new price before anyone starts.
Can I buy just the documentation?
Yes. Every add-on can be bought on its own if you already have a working project. If you need the project too, a bundle works out cheaper than buying the pieces separately.
Do you offer refunds?
If we accept an order and then cannot deliver to the agreed scope, the advance is returned. If an order is cancelled because the academic integrity undertaking was given falsely, it is not refunded.
Are there discounts for groups?
A batch project done by a team is quoted as one project, which usually works out cheaper per person than separate orders. Tell us the team size in your request.
