How long does it actually take?
About a week for most projects, start to live. A simple Starter site can be quicker. A Full business site with a store or bookings can take a little longer depending on how much content you have ready. We give you a real date after our first call, not a vague estimate.
How do payments work?
Two stages: 50% to begin the work, and the remaining 50% before we make your site live. No advance in full, and nothing extra is charged mid-project without asking you first.
What if I'm not happy with it — do I get a refund?
The 50% starting payment covers the design and build work already done, so it isn't refundable once work has started. If you're unhappy before the final 50% and go-live, we'll revise it with you using your included rounds — we don't launch anything you haven't approved.
Who owns the website once it's done?
You do — fully. The code, the domain (if bought through us), the content, all of it. There's no lock-in and no monthly 'licence fee' to keep your own site running.
Do you handle hosting?
Yes. We set up hosting for you on launch. The Starter and Full business site prices include the first year; after that, hosting is either renewed by you directly or covered under the Care plan — your choice.
Do you register my domain (the .com / .in address)?
We can register it for you, or connect a domain you already own. Domain registration itself is paid to the registrar directly (usually ₹500–₹1,500/year depending on the name) — we don't mark that up.
Will my site show up on Google?
We set up the basics correctly — page titles, descriptions, sitemap, mobile-friendliness, fast loading — and submit your site to Google so it can be indexed. Ranking high for competitive keywords is a longer, ongoing effort (that's a separate conversation), but your site will be found when someone searches your business name.
What support do I get after launch?
Every project includes a short support window after go-live to fix anything that isn't working as agreed. For ongoing help beyond that — ordinary updates, small changes, questions — that's what the Care plan is for.
What exactly does the ₹1,999/month Care plan cover?
Hosting renewal, monitoring so your site stays online, small content updates (like changing a price, photo or offer), minor fixes, and a direct WhatsApp line to us. It's optional — you're never forced onto it — but most owners prefer not to think about their website at all.
How many revisions do I get?
2 rounds of revisions are included on every project — you review the draft, tell us what to change, and we adjust it. Extra rounds beyond that are available at a small added cost, agreed upfront, never a surprise.
What if I want more later — extra pages, new features?
Totally normal — businesses grow. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it as a clear add-on (extra page, new feature, redesign, whatever it is). Nothing is added to your site or your bill without you agreeing to the price first.
Is my site secure?
Yes — HTTPS (the padlock) on every site by default, secure hosting, and standard good practice on logins and forms if your site has them. We don't cut corners here even on the Starter plan.
Will my site be fast?
Yes. We build lean, modern sites (not bloated page-builder templates), optimise images, and host on fast infrastructure. Speed affects both visitor experience and Google ranking, so it's not optional for us.
What technology do you actually build with?
Modern, standard, widely-used web technology (the same kind large companies use) — nothing exotic or hard to maintain. If you ever move to another developer, they'll recognise exactly what they're looking at.
Can I edit the content myself afterwards?
Depends on the site. Many sites we build include a simple way for you to update text, photos and prices yourself, no coding needed. If yours doesn't, the Care plan covers those small edits for you instead — either way, you're never stuck.
Can the site grow later — more pages, an online store, logins?
Yes. We build on solid foundations so features can be added later without rebuilding from scratch. A Starter site can grow into a Full business site; a Full business site can add a store, bookings or logins whenever you're ready.
Do you write the content and design the logo too?
We can. Content writing, logo design, and extra pages beyond the base package are all available as add-ons with their own clear, upfront price — quoted before we do the work, never bundled in silently.
What happens if I want to leave or move to another developer later?
You can, any time. Because you own the code and the domain, we hand everything over cleanly — files, access, documentation — no ransom, no withheld logins. This is a genuine strength of working with us, not a fine-print exception.
