How it works

Seven steps, and you can see all of them.

Nothing about this happens off-platform. Every stage has a price, a record and a person attached to it.

1

Raise a request

Free

Tell us the brief, your domain, your deadline and your college's report format. Attach the problem statement or base paper if you have one. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

2

Receive a quotation

1–2 days

A written quotation: fixed price, what's included, what isn't, and how long it takes. Prices exclude 18% GST. Every quotation stays valid for fourteen days, then expires on its own.

3

Accept and sign

Same day

Accepting opens an order. Before any work starts you sign the academic integrity undertaking, in your own name. This isn't a formality and we don't skip it.

4

Pay the advance

50%

You get a GST invoice. Work doesn't start before this clears, and the balance isn't due until you've seen the delivery.

5

A developer is assigned

You see who

A named person, with progress visible in your dashboard. You're never guessing where your project is or who has it.

6

Review the delivery

Revisions included

We review the work internally first, then release it to you. Accept it, or request a revision with a reason. Revisions inside the agreed scope cost nothing and return it to the developer.

7

Learn it, then defend it

Until you can

A live walkthrough module by module, your PPT, and a mock viva with the questions examiners actually ask. We're finished when you can teach it back.

The awkward questions

What happens when it doesn't go to plan.

If we can't deliver

You get the advance back. We'd rather decline at the quotation stage than take money for work we aren't confident about.

±

If the scope changes

Changes after work has started are re-quoted, not absorbed silently. You approve the new price before anyone continues.

If you miss your own deadline

Tell us early. A date moved with notice is usually fine; a date moved the night before usually isn't.

If the undertaking was false

We stop work. An order cancelled on those grounds isn't refunded, and we won't take further work from that account.
